Brian is the best! He was thorough and professional and a blessing to have on my side. He let me know as soon as a new house came on the market and always made himself available to answer questions and view houses as soon as the hit the market. This was especially important because houses were lasting only days on the market. He was honest and forthright- no games. I never felt pressured. Brian explained every part of the home buying process in a way that was thorough yet easy to understand. Brian Wilson is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. He really care about what I wanted. He always explained all the pros and cons based on my needs and wants. WE WERE FIRST INTRODUCED TO BRIAN IN THE MIDDLE OF APRIL. IT WAS LUCKY FOR US, THAT WE FOUND HIM. HE LISTENED TO OUR NEEDS AND CIRCUMSTANCES. HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TRYING TO FIND THE RIGHT HOUSE. ONCE WE FOUND THE HOUSE, HE TOOK US THROUGH EVERY SINGLE PROCESS. I WOULD RECOMMEND BRIAN TO ANYBODY WHO NEEDS TO BE LOOKING FOR A HOUSE. YOU NEED SOMEONE WHO UNDERSTANDS EVERY PROCESS FROM START TO FINISH.

Brian Wilson sold our home for us. This man goes above and beyond to get your home sold. Not only did he sell our home fast, but he also was very personally there for us every step of the way. My wife & I were life long residents of NYC. We decided to relocate to Florida; I logged into several Real Estate web sites. They all followed up with emails. A few followed up with telephone calls; Brian Wilson was one of them. I had conversations with 3 agents. Brian impressed me in that he listened to what I had to say: I told him I knew nothing of the neighborhoods and needed direction & information. Brian gave this to me, telling me he would let me know everything I needed to know plus what he would want to know if he was relocating. He informed me about flood zones & said he would only show me homes that were not in flood zones. I really appreciated that; Brian also shared that he also had relocated from the "North" and would help me through the experience. We decided to meet with Brian at the end of June 2017. We flew down, staying in a hotel in Clearwater. We met with Brian in the hotel lobby. There he explained how he worked & what he would do for us if we chose him to help us. We did. Prior to our meeting we indicated homes we were interested in from his web site. He would also send us links to homes he thought would be of interest to us. We then proceeded to view these homes; Brian told us about the area & neighborhood ( both + & - ) as well as traffic, etc., as we would not be retiring but were getting transfers from NY to Florida with our employers. We viewed many homes including ones that Brian had selected. My wife & I were not interested in 55+ communities as we did not think we would like them. Brian insisted that he would be remiss if he did not show us at least 1 & explained the benefits of living in one. We agreed and let Brian show us a home in Village On The Green, in Clearwater. Well we loved it. Went back to NY and slept on it. In early July 2017 we called Brian asking if it was still available...it was so we put in a bid. Brian was very helpful throughout the negotiation process until we had a deal. Not knowing anyone Brian was again very helpful in recommending businesses ( always a few ) that he knew were reputable & fairly priced. He never got annoyed with my many questions ( some redundant ). He always returned my phone calls & emails quickly. If he did not know an answer he found out & got back to me. Home inspections, termite inspections & the process of getting a Veterans Administrations loan as well as loan brokers to deal with, Insurance Agencies, Home Warranty, the list is endless but Brian always went the extra mile in assisting us. If you want the absolute best real estate agent who truly cares then you want Brian Wilson. In Brian I not only found the best agent but was made to feel that I had made a friend. Just one other thing, we started looking for a home in the end of June 2017 and were moved in by Oct 16, 2017. ( Really fast by NY standards ). Brian is very personable and very thorough in all his business transactions. He was very knowledgeable and resourceful in getting our appraisal in at full value which made for a smooth closing. He has a witty, easy going personality that makes him enjoyable to work with. Most of all, he is a man of integrity and a realtor we would highly recommend.

Brian helped us purchase our first home in the Tampa Bay Area about two and a half years ago. He went far and above the call of duty so I wouldn’t consider anyone else to sell my home. First he found us a great home in the area we wanted to move to, then he sold my home in less than one day! He ushered us through the whole process including taking great pictures of our house and community with his drone, lining up the right people to make minor repairs to our home, and made sure everyone was on time for deadlines. He made the whole process so smooth. On top of that, he is truly the nicest guy. I recommend him highly and without reservation.
